My name is Dr. Cassandra Beattie. I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate for Texas A&M’s Agrilife Research Center, working specifically in their Healthy Living Department. It is so wonderful to see everyone's journey and how Dylan has impacted ALL of our lives! My experience with him began two years ago. 230 pounds and health problems. He motivated me and made me realize in order to change yourself, you have to challenge yourself. After an injury and time away from the gym, at the first of the year I decided to do the Tough Mudder, the ONLY way I would do it was if Dylan would train me! I'm so happy he is! He is truly an asset to not only Woodside but to his profession. I'm proud to be his client and call him friend!

Dylan is an outstanding trainer. I was at a seriously low point in my fitness before I started working with him and I was really nervous that I wouldn't be up to the challenge, wouldn't see results or that I'd feel too embarrassed about where I was to even want to try to improve. I was really looking for a pick-me-up in my work out routine. I had plateaued and was getting bored and starting to slack off. Initially, when presented with the idea of a 6 am class, I was somewhat hesitant. Dylan, however, has completely changed that for me. I look forward to the early morning class. And while I've only been at it for 5 weeks, I can see changes happening. Dylan actually trains you on the movement, how it should look, how it should feel. Most of all, his presentation isn't demeaning, it's teaching you and challenging you to be a better version of yourself.
